Our delivery policy
We will do our very best to get you your order the very next day if your delivery address is on the UK mainland and your order is placed before 2pm Monday to Friday.
Orders placed after 2pm for delivery in the UK mainland will be subject to delivery within 48 hours.
The above is based on working days (Monday-Friday, excl weekends, bank holidays and may be subject to alteration due to weather conditions, industrial action and unforeseen circumstances).
We cannot be held responsible for any events that are out of our control but please rest assured, we will go to extraordinary lengths to make sure you receive your products as soon as possible via Royal Mail.
We offer delivery within the EU at a flat rate of £5.95. Outside of the EU all deliveries are charged at £18.00. International delivery times can vary and may take up to 28 days.
Our cancellation and returns policy

All products purchased through this website are covered by our 60 day no quibble guarantee. If you are not totally satisfied with your order or have simply changed your mind, please return the unopened product to us within 60 days of your order date and we will refund you. Please include a printed acknowledgement of your refund request. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to cancelling your order or requesting returns.Please note we do not refund any postage you may have been charged unless the item is damaged or faulty.
We offer a freepost returns address for the use of our UK & Channel Island Customers only.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the processing of your request as soon as possible after the receipt of your request via email, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged. We undertake to respond to your request via email to inform you of actions to be taken within 5 working days.
We cannot issue refunds which are not bought directly from SLIXIR™ i.e. our website.
If you buy from one of our retailers you must take your product and receipt back to the store you bought the product and seek their advice, terms and conditions.
